INTRODUCTION
The municipality of “Heusden” required a parking place for uprising demand for more activity that is happing in the centrum area in“Vlijmen”. The project area which is now an existing park is “Van Greunsvenpark” and it is located near the historical church of the town which is one the main focal points and could be visible from most of the areas of the town. Also, the municipality of the “Vlijmen” is nearby while a new shopping center has been built which now invite lots of people to the city center. However, the project area which is located in between these buildings is now abandoned and only used as a connection from church to shop area and there is no meaningful activity happening in the area.
