INTRODUCTIOn
The project is a part of the landscape lecture class which tries to inspire the participant from the landscape point of view. As a result of the course and for the evaluation process, we were asked to illustrate our experience through the journey from home to the school. I was living in Tilburg in a neighboorhood area named “ Het Zand” and my school was Fontys Univesity located in the city center.
OBJECTIVe + SOLUTIOn
My initial approach was to draw a schematic view of the way from my house to the school in SketchUp and then trying to sketch some frames from places through my way that interest me. The next phase we to arrange these small sketches in an artistic way that shows my feeling on the way.
RESULt + LEARNINg
As a result of the drawing and my artistic interest in minimalizing my art to its own limits for a conceptual representation. I got inspired by the lines where I draw in SketchUp and at one moment I could summarize my whole experience of the way by the lines and different characteristic of it.
