INTRODUCTIOn

P&G Factory is located in “Shams Abad industrial area”, in the heart of business and production line of Tehran- Iran. The ultimate goal of P&G factory is to produce compressed oxygen, carbon dioxide, and Nitrogen gas in a liquid form. However, the investor of this industrial facility intended to buy the production line from one of the companies located in China. In the meantime, P&G factory is busy with producing electricity by using gas generators an selling some part of the produced electrifies to regional electricity distribution system. According to different activities that take place in the factory, a core office building is needed for the management, supervision and financial team to stay inside, while observing different tasks of the surrounding. As long as the gas generators are working constantly during day and night, both the management and supervision team, need a proper resting place just like an apartment unit inside the factory boundary, for staying in factory for doing some extra tasks. also some visiting guest and engineers of the factory would like to stay for a night to test, observe and calibrate the instruments inside the factory stores. As a result of that, A group of 5 people including me was assigned to design and build a 3 story office/rest building in an area of around 200 square meters.
