INTRODUCTIOn

The project starts with a contest named “Who cares” in June 2017 which search for new concept and ideas for helping elderly participation and contribution in the society. The result of the competition could be summarized into three categories, a using the social hub, Shared ownership, and Magic Mix.

The main case study for reaching these ideas was a neighborhood area in Roosendal named, “Langdonk”. Thus, company “Allewonen” which is one of the stakeholders of this neighborhood area interested to have some more concrete result while asking to think about some ideas like splitting the houses in the area.

In the meantime, another company named “Wonebedrijf” located in Eindhoven interested to have the same analysis from one the neighborhood area named “Echart”
