INTRODUCTIOn
The project located in one of the cities located in the middle of Iran, named, Isfahan. The total area of the land is almost 600 square meter (25 x 24 meter) which according to the municipality laws only 60% of the land could be used for building (12x 25 meter). The client required at most 3 residential apartment houses for his own use while using the underground parking could be considered as one of the issues which could disconnect the car and people movement in a good way.

The conceptual image which I did after first initial design phase for showing the spatial quality and possible story inside different spaces of the house.

Floor plans of each level wherein Ground floor plan it shows an entrance from the street leading to a front private garden (entrance and then at the end of the corridor it reaches the stairs and elevator. Also, the entrance for cars is separated which goes to the parking pace in underground level.
